About Me

Kamala Ingrid: I embarked upon a Yoga journey at the age of 11, that I currently continue to travel. I have discovered along this path the healing powers that the yoga has extended me beyond the asana practice. Now I find balance in my personal and business life. With over a decade of yoga teachings experience, I have lead workshops, 200 hours of teacher training, and continue to mentor my students in their path. Founder and director of Orange lotus Yoga since 2008, in the heart of South Florida. Here I lead my students to an upbeat and energetic sessions, incorporating a vigorous vinyasa flow with a strong understanding of the human physiology. Finding the blessing in the healing powers of yoga in myself and in my students, I have considered myself lucky to share the gift of yoga with others.
